	Many of our customers have started their adventure in coffee with flavored coffee. They find that flavored coffees give them a "safe" introduction to estate coffees or blends. Flavored coffee can also make an excellent gift for non-coffee drinkers and those who think that there's nothing wrong with instant coffee. All of our flavored coffees start with 100% premium Arabica beans, roasted to a Full City Minus. Then we add the finest flavors and let the beans "set" for 24 hours to ensure that they fully absorb the flavoring. By starting with a higher grade Central American coffee, the coffee retains a full body in the cup and allows the added flavorings to stand out. Our Favorite Flavors
Although we carry flavored coffee more because our customers want it and less because we truly enjoy it, these flavors are among some of our most popular and interesting. Any or all of these make a great place to start with flavored coffee.

Caramel Apple Cinnamon
The wonderfully blended flavors of Caramel, cinnamon, and apple. With a flavor so real, you won't need the original. Just think of all of the calories and fat you'll be saving!

Pumpkin Spice
We only make this coffee available just before Halloween, but the phone has been ringing with request for it now. So Pumpkin Spice it is. We add just a touch of real nutmeg to our pumpkin pie flavoring to add to our enjoyment.

Mayan Chocolate
The Mayans more than 2500 years ago, came up with what you can now find as Mexican Chocolate. So we blended a rich dark chocolate with a hint of cinnamon and cinnamon chips for this Mayan offering.
