Coffee Blends
Blends that bring out the best in each coffee.
Creating a blended coffee requires a thorough understanding of the flavors and qualities that each varietal will bring to the blend. They must be blended in the right amounts: one flavor cannot be allowed to cancel out another; the coffee cannot be too acidic; coffees that have weak bodies should not be blended together. Everything needs to be in harmony and all of the flavors need to be balanced. Using her carefully trained palate, Gayla has created some of the finest coffee blends in the world. Using only her premium, fresh roasted, 100% Arabicas, she has mixed and cupped and mixed and cupped until she has created blends that bring out the best from each coffee. Breakfast Blend
A complex blend of Central American, African, and Indonesian coffees. Dark roasted and rich, with a hint of sweetness in the finish. This blend is one of our most popular morning brews. Out of the Fog
A blend of dark and light roasts, with a hearty full flavor. We use our bittersweet French Roast and full-bodied, spicy Sumatra to create a blend that will aid in lifting even the densest mental fog.

Espresso Roast
As with most Espressos, ours is a blend of coffees, Mexican and Colombian. Careful blending and roasting produces a strong, full-bodied, smooth coffee. Our espresso has a distinctive, buttery taste to it that will make you wonder why you have been drinking bitter espresso for so long.

Italian Roast
The darkest roasted coffee we offer, has a dark chocolate taste with a full body and robust flavor. Our coffee never has the charcoal, over-roasted flavor that too often characterizes this roast. Instead of burnt wood, you get a smooth round cup of coffee.

Mocha Java Blend
True "Mocha Java" is a rare thing and most coffees that are named after this classic fail to come close. We feel that ours is a wonderful likeness, without coming anywhere near to the hefty price that most Mocha Javas command. A smooth, rich combination of Yemen and Java delights the senses with a fine aroma, sharp flavor and full body.
