Coffee Bar
Welcome to the Coffee Bar, the main focus of Moore Coffee & Tea and our greatest passion. From here you will be able to browse our selection of 100% Arabica coffees and blends, find information on different roasts as well as storing, grinding and brewing your coffee. And, because we believe in always educating our customers, we have included a list of some of the more common coffee cupping terms.
  Varietals
Here is our list of 100% Premium Arabica coffees. From North America to Indonesia, we have selected some of the finest beans from some of the best plantations on the planet. Our coffee is always fresh roasted a day or two before it is shipped so you might have to wait a little longer, but you know it never sits in a warehouse before you get it.

Blends
We have created some of the most interesting and unique blends in the coffee industry. On this page you will find a sampling of those blends.

Flavored
All of our flavored coffees start with premium 100% Arabicas and are flavored with the finest quality natural and artificial flavors.

Storing & Brewing
Having the freshest possible coffee isn't always enough. Improper storage, incorrect grinding, or underbrewing can all ruin the taste of even the finest of coffees. Here we offer some tips on the best way to care for your coffee.
Terminology
Learn to speak the langauge of the bean like a pro. Here is a list of some of the most commonly used coffee cupping terms. After reading these, you can impress your friends when you talk about "that spicy Kenyan's sharp high note and perky little aftertaste".
Roasting
The terminology used in roasting changes from roaster to roaster. As with anything else in coffee, it is all a matter of perception. Here we describe our six degrees of roasting and the decaffeination process. Swiss water or KVH? You decide... We also present a step-by-step explanation of the roasting process.
