Excellent morning tea.

  India
Darjeeling: The leaves are intentionally broken during manufacturing. Its aroma is sometimes compared to Muscat grapes; these teas have very complex characteristics. First flush can be light and flowery, while the second flush can be fruitier and smoother.

Assam TGFOP: Robust, "malty" tea with a dark liquor. Its heavy character is well suited for blending and it will retain its taste with milk. The presence of golden tips indicates young, desirable leaves.

Green Tea
  China
Temple of Heaven Pinhead Gunpowder: "Temple of Heaven" is one of the highest grades of this unique and interesting tea. Each leaf is tightly rolled into a "pearl" that "explodes" with a penetrating, refreshing taste. This tea produces a yellow-green liquor and is light and sweet in the cup.
Regular: $8.50 per 4oz. Add to Cart
Dragon Phoenix Pearl: This tea is scented with the finest Jasmine flowers, then tightly rolled into small "pearls". Both tea and Jasmine are picked at very specific times and then brought together producing a delightful, sublime flavour that will please any lover of fine Jasmine tea.
Regular: $16.00 per 4oz. Add to Cart
Dragon Temple of Heaven Gunpowder is a true High Mountain Green Tea, from Fujian China. If you are looking for a gunpowder tea with a lighter delicate flavor, this is good choice. This tea is more tippy than most other Gunpowder teas, using young tender tea leaves. The after taste is refreshing and pleasant. Commonly Gunpowder tea in China is pan fried giving the tea a smoky flavor. This Gunpowder is a unique process without the pan frying, giving the tea a great aroma and preserving a unique taste and flavor.
Regular: $9.50 per 4oz. Add to Cart
Dragonwell (Lung Ching): One of China's most celebrated teas. Unique characteristics of light green color, mellow taste, earthy aroma, and long, flat shape make this pan fired tea most pleasing.

White tea comes from a rare strain of the tea plant and is harvested only a few days of the year in the Fujian province. This tea is not oxidized or rolled, but simply withered and dried by steaming. Pai Mu Tan is made from the leaves of the "Big White" bush and mixed with the "Water Sprite" tea plant. The leaves have silver tips and are greenish-brown in color and very flat. White tea has the rarest and most delicate flavor.
